At your initial visit, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire about your physical and emotional state and any health concerns you may have. We, then use ayurvedic diagnostic methods like pulse diagnosis, tongue examination, and Marma to understand your mind-body state (dosha). Includes a complete Ayurvedic health assessment with Dr. Najma Premnavaz (including traditional pulse reading) to determine unique body constitution (Prakruti) and imbalances (Vikruti) as well as the current state of the organs, tissues, and channels. Individualized Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle counseling and traditional herbal treatments are also recommended. During your initial Ayurvedic health consultation in-person your original constitution and current state of health will be assessed using traditional techniques and evaluation methods by Ayurvedic Medical Doctor. You will be given a personalized program according to your specific and individual needs. Consultations include nutritional and lifestyle counseling, traditional herbal medicine, as well as recommendations for physical fitness, yoga, and meditation instruction.
