It will be our pleasure to answer any questions you may have.
# Masks are required while in the spa and may be removed only during necessary treatments. When a guest removes their mask, the therapist will wear a mask along with a face shield.

Monday-Sunday 9am-6pm
When should you arrive?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to service to fill out any required paperwork and begin
to relax and enjoy service.
What should you bring?
We supply soft robes and wraps. As well as disposable undergarments, however for body treatments if you prefer a bathing suit is acceptable.
Should you shave?
Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments. For men shaving for a facial is good if you choose to please allow 2 hours prior to service.
If you arrive late?
Your treatment will be shortened and may decrease effectiveness. Your treatment will end on time so as not to delay next guest. You will be charged full value of treatment.
Scheduling and cancellations
We encourage scheduling prior to arrival to reserve your preferred time. While walk-ins are welcome, they are not guaranteed. All appointments must be reserved with a credit card. If you wish to cancel, we require 24 hours’ notice, or a 50% service value cancellation fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service value. If you have gender preferences, are pregnant, may be pregnant, have had recent surgeries, or have special needs, please inform our staff when reserving your service.
Age policy
Children over 16 may enjoy spa services with an assigned waiver by their legal guardian and must be accompanied by a therapist of the same gender. Children under 14 may enjoy our services when accompanied by an adult.
