Membership Information and Terms
- Membership Services:
- LANA Care Membership – Service(s) of your choice 2 session of Oncology massage.
- LANA Elite Membership – Service(s) of your choice [1-hour massage, Organic custom facial].
- Active Membership Status:
- Membership benefits are provided to those who are active and in good standing during the agreement term.
- Additional Discounts:
- Members can purchase an unlimited number of extra services at a 15% discount and unlimited products at a 5% discount. These apply to regular price services and products, excluding any add-ons.
- Rollover Privileges:
- Unused services can be rolled over to the following month, up to 12 months. The oldest services will be utilized first.
- Upon termination of a month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and become non-refundable 30 days after the last payment.
- Guest Passes:
- Active members can bring in guests at the membership price for selected services.
- Members may bring as many guests as desired, but the same guest can only benefit once every 6 months.
- Guest passes may be purchased for a guest without the member present, with a limit of 2 guest services per 6-month period.
- Client Referral Rewards Program:
- Earn a $10 spa service credit for each new client referral, applied after the referred client spends at least $25 on services.
- Membership Freeze Option:
- Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months, twice in a 12-month period.
- Accumulated services can be redeemed during a freeze, but additional membership benefits are temporarily suspended.
- Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Payment Schedule:
- Membership payments are drafted on the first of each month.
- Member Responsibility:
- Notify LANA Spa of any changes in address, contact information, or credit card details.
- Spa Rules and Regulations:
- Guests must adhere to spa rules and regulations. LANA Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
- Policy Modifications:
- LANA Spa reserves the right to modify spa rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A 24-hour advanced notice is required for appointment cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
