Membership Information and Terms
Welcome to LANA Care, where your well-being is our priority. Please familiarize yourself with the terms and benefits of your exclusive membership:
- Active Membership Status:
- Membership benefits are provided to those active and in good standing during the term of their agreement.
- Membership Services:
- Enjoy the healing touch with 2 sessions of our specialized oncology massages.
- Additional Discounts:
- Unlock endless indulgence with 15% off on additional services and 5% off on unlimited products. These discounts apply to regular-priced services and products, excluding add-ons.
- Rollover Privileges:
- Unused services can be rolled over to the following month, up to 12 months. Oldest services will be utilized first.
- Upon termination of your month-to-month membership, accumulated member service packages expire and become non-refundable 30 days after your last payment.
- Cancellations require a 30-day written notice via certified mail or phone call; no cancellation fee is applicable.
- Guest Passes:
- Active members can treat their guests to selected services at the introductory rate (15% off).
- Guest passes can be purchased for unaccompanied guests by the member.
- Members are not eligible to use guest passes.
- Client Referral Rewards Program:
- Earn a $10 spa service credit for each new client referral. Credit is applied once the referred client purchases at least $25 worth of services.
- Membership Freeze Option:
- Freeze your membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months with a $10 cost.
- Memberships can be frozen twice in a 12-month period for a maximum of 3 months each time.
- Accumulated services can be redeemed during a freeze, but additional membership benefits are temporarily suspended.
- A minimum of one payment must be made before a membership is eligible for freezing.
- Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Payment Schedule:
- Membership payments are drafted on the first of each month.
- Member Responsibility:
- Notify LANA Spa of any changes in address, contact information, and/or credit card details.
- Spa Rules and Regulations:
- Guests must adhere to spa rules and regulations. LANA Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
- Policy Modifications:
- LANA Spa reserves the right to modify spa rules, regulations, services, and pricing with reasonable notice.
- Cancellation Policy:
- A 24-hour advance notice is required for any appointment cancellation. Failure to provide notice will result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
